Exchange and Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Exchange: Items may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase if a manufacturing defect is identified.
• Operational Hours: Exchanges must be conducted during our operational hours.
• Subject to Availability: All exchanges are subject to the availability of the item.
• Sale Items: Exchanges and refunds are not applicable for sale items; all sales are final.
• Defective Sale Items: Items sold at sale prices with existing defects are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
• Size and Design Changes: Please note that exchanges, returns, and refunds are not permitted for changes in sizes or designs.
• Condition of Items: All items must be returned in their original packaging, with original tags and labels intact. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges and refunds.
• Refund Processing: Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed. Refunds will typically be made via studio credit, though cash refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Self Collection: Customers opting for self collection must check their items at the studio. TheBubblyGem Pte Ltd is not liable for any defects discovered after the items have left the studio.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items.
