Terms of Use

• Items can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase if there is any manufacturing defect found.
• Exchanges are done during operational hours only.
• Exchanges are subject to availability of the item
• Exchanges/Refunds are not allowed for sale items. Sales items are final.
• Exchanges/Returns/Refunds are not applicable for sizes/designs.
• Items must be in its original packing and with its original tags and labels, along with proof of purchase will be required for refund or exchange.
• Items sold at sale prices and with existing defects are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.
• Please allow for a period of up to 7 working days for us to process refunds.
• Self pick up items has to be checked in studio, if there are any defects found after you leave the studio, we will not be liable.
